Be aware of this "Charitable Foundation" It clearly states that its goal is to protect children
from the horrors and dangers of abuse. However it was recently investigated by
Child Protection Services in Pinellas County Florida
for the abuse and neglect of a child. Additionally, the District Attorney's office is

Woman accused of neglect after boy found alone
A 32-year-old Dunedin woman was arrested Tuesday after Pinellas County
sheriff's deputies found an infant in the woman's apartment, alone and
filthy, authorities say.
At 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, deputies visited the
apartment of Kelly F. Rinaldi at 2284 Richter St. to check on the
welfare of a 1-year-old boy in her care, said Sheriff's Office spokesman
Sgt. Tom Nestor.
When no one answered the door, deputies broke it down,
finding the woman intoxicated and passed out on the couch.
They also
found the infant at the bottom of a stairwell, Nestor said. Nestor would
not give Rinaldi's relationship to the boy to protect his identity.
The
child was taken into custody by the sheriff's child protection
investigation division. Rinaldi later kicked out one of the back windows
of the sheriff's cruiser. She was charged with child neglect, criminal
mischief and resisting an officer with violence. She was released from
the County Jail early Wednesday on $15,000 bail.

The truth of the matter was the police barged into the home, and found the mother asleep from exhaustion. When they realized they acted in haste, broke into a home on the word of a social worker only to find they were misinformed purgered themselves. The case who apparently was asked if his wife realized that he was gay- came to the hone at 8:30pm instead of the 5:00 appointment, apparently held a grudge and acted out of spite. The next door neighbor who had offered her assistance led them in through the broken through screen door in the kitchen. The neighbor was also asked to settle the dog as she was familiar. The neighbor who also works in child services, denounced the Dunedin Police and sited that they acted without merit, extreme abuse, and violated many of this woman's civil rights.
It's no surprise the Florida Police go rogue and when exposed fabricate stories. The sad thing is that Florida Police face life threatening situations a considerable amount of time, but we cannot have them acting line the animals they contain.
The Dunedin Police did not realize they were dealing with another state employee, and firmly believe they can do as they please no matter what the cost and to whom. The entire story above is in fact a story and despite another state employee that refuted the bogus charges, and bore witness to a sexual assault through intimidation the neighbor was silenced.
Shame on you all. And to reprint is appalling. |

Sgt Tom Nestor is a spokesman. He compiled a story paying no mind to the truth. They did not break down the door. The broke in through a sliding door taking it off the runner. Minor point- easily proved fabrication. The neighbor found the child in his crib- not the police and not on the bottom of a stairwell. The child was also not filthy. When the boy wears $80.00 onesies- or $200.00 jeans/ there is no way the child could/would ever be neglected to even get filthy. Another LIE and easily proven.
Think about it! The police can lie, water board a woman AND get away with it! Really it took four grown men to take down a girl? Pussies!
Now, the NYPD should all hold there heads high! They are an elite bunch of men an women who respect our country, and ALSO the citizens they are entrusted to.
We have to stop Police Brutality and hold accountable those who are no better than the animals they contain.
