i can see now why my website never got finished like promised, and i can also see why my changes never happen as promised. as i look back over the keydesign website i see why, according to thier blog their own website is still not finished and has been incomplete since january 26 2010, 12 monthe ago where they say whatch this blog for uodates and fun stuff, well...no updates and no fun stuff.
And thier twitter account, not updated since march 18 2010, 10 months ago and thier facebook page is the same not updated since febuary 8 2010 and all it talks about is miss spellings on thier website which was pointed out by a Wendy Warren (probably another upset customer).
And to beat all the latest news on thier home page is nearly a year old? I guess it's my own fault for not looking closer and letting thier slick talking telemarketer convince me that they are a top notch company hahaha....what a joke! all i can say is BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE when key design calls save yourself time and money and hang up or you will have a unfinished website like i do, and well like they do too.

| The post above this one is right one target and I will go a little further. Tom Young the owner of Key Design Websites is a smooth talking snake in the grass. If his sales team can't get a credit card number out of you he'll try his hardest and promise you the moon. Custom web sites is what they say they do..they build the sites in wordpress templates slap some color and place your logos and pictures in the site and hope your happy with it. If you ask for changes good luck with that, they may get done or they get lost from one desk to another. I actually went into their office to check it out. Their customer service lady was actually yelling at a client on the phone about their changes. Another thing they forget to mention is they start billing you hosting even before you've ok'ed the final draft. You get a phone call saying they're going live with the site. I asked for 10 references out of the 10 only 1 was mildly content. The over all feeling they give you is they're the best at what the do for a low costing web design company. The seo they talk about with clients is total b.s! They ask you for 10 keywords and also place you in google maps hoping that will make you happy. I've called over 50 of there past clients... You can find them through domain tools.com and all with the same story..sales person call talks up there service gets you to give a credit card number and than the nightmare with them starts. Key Design is a joke, there design look nice, because their templates. It's fools gold don't use their service! |

Anyone who is serious about a complaint against us would go to the BBB and see about getting a refund. If you do have an issue with Key Design Websites, please call us toll free at 877-977-4441. We are happy to resolve any issue you might have with us. I don't care for complaint sites like this as there is no way to face your accuser. We have built over 1600 websites and have had a total of 5 complaints with the BBB, all satisfied. Our current grad with the BBB is a B http://www.bbb.org/boise/business-reviews/web-design/key-design-websites-llc-in-boise-id-1000000478/ The advantage of the BBB is they take the complaint and legitimize the fact that money has been spent and you are able to talk to the client through a mediator. These types of complaint boards on the other hand allow slander and lies, then optimizes those lies so when someone types in your business name they are there for the world to see. They don't have a telephone line you can call or anyway to fight these lies. Please call us if we can answer any questions.

| I agree with Tom. These websites are a spot for any unhappy employee to slander a business without any legitimate way to remedy the situation. If this was a real complaint to the BBB, they would reach out to the business and try to solve the problem to the satisfaction of the customer and business. That's not what websites like this do. Just a SCAM website designed to draw you in and sell you on the advertisements on the side. |
