I have a property in Fresno but reside out of town. I had renters in Fresno that didnt pay their rent for a couple months so decided to go online and find an eviction company. I came across Ladonna Garrison. I had called her and hired her to evict my tenants for non payment. Ladonna also stated that she helps home owners find tenants after she does a background check etc... So i decided to use her for both eviction and finding new tenants. We managed to evict the tenants after a long battle that lasted over two months (Ladonna stated that it wouldnt take more than 3-4 weeks). Then Ladonna found tenants which I was really happy about. She asked the tenants to pay her the deposit and the first months rent. The tenants did so on time. After more than two months of phone calls to Ladonna she has still to return my call and pay me my money. I drove all the way to Fresno with a PI and a friend and she mistakenly opened the door and came up with a ridiculous excuse why she hasnt paid me the money ... She stole the money and she basically stated "take me to small claims"... I wouldnt hire her ever again and I want to save others the headache of hiring her ... she will take your money and run. I wished I would have read this before I hired her. (Ladonna Garrison) She stole my money too! She comes up with a lot of excuses took me to smalls claims court. She said she had me served, which was a lie. Im just glad that she is out of our life!!! PLEASE DONOT HIRE HER!!!
