In March of 2010 I contacted Marc Brattin of Las Vegas Choppers about ordering a bike from Big Bear Choppers. He told me he could have one built by them and ready to go in about 6-8 weeks.

I acquired a loan from a local bank for $25,000.00 dollars and had them send a check to him to get the process started. He kept in contact for about 2-3 months while I thought the bike was being built.

While waiting I also ordered from Marc Brattin a cover for the bike, a FIN(find it now) device for locating the bike if it was stolen, and a custom handlebar. This was an additional $1,631.00 that I paid for out of pocket.

After the 3 months he stopped emailing me back and would not answer any phone calls. I contacted Big Bear Choppers and they never received an order from Marc Brattin. They tried to contact him and also contacted the Las Vegas Metro Police Department and the FBI.

As of the present I have not heard a word from anyone and am still paying for a bike I do not have. Does anyone know how to find him? Or has anyone gotten there money back from Marc Brattin

This is almost the same scenario that my son went through with Mark Brattin! What did the Las Vegas Metro Police advise?
