| First of all, I never heard of scam Report until Robert Sussman sent me a nasty text message accusing me to be LVEAS11...which i'm not. Of course I had to check it out, but since I would guess he reads this site more than his Playboys, I have to be 100% honest. I have been in sales for over 14 years now and Robert Sussman is the dumbest person I have ever met. Literally! I have had some dumb managers, co-workers, clients, etc. and Robert tops them all. I don't know for sure, but I would guess there is something mentally wrong with this man. He hired me as the Sales Manager for LasVegasEventsAndShows.com and I had a team below me who earned a base salary and commission. It didn't take long for that to go away. Then my base was cut and he kept cutting his expenses. It's kinda funny to me, because when he hired me, he told me he was backed by 70 million dollars. One of many many lies he told. What he doesn't know is that every single sale that ever came in while I was running the show was from me. I just simply gave it to my team and turned it in under their names so they wouldn't get fired. I had to build value for my team and I just assumed he knew the value I brought to the company. I was wrong. Of course, after I was fired, very few sales ever came in and my team eventually got fired too. My guess is that it will take Robert 20 more minutes from now to even comprehend what i'm saying here. I have a list of thousands of people that were going to become clients because they trusted me. I took that list with me when I left. The truth is that I would have left quietly and not looked back. In my opinion, the site is garbage and they have no future anyways. I had a better job 2 days later, so I really didn't care about his small operation. Unfortunately, he decided not to pay me what was owed, and that's why I took action. I was also upset because I told my long term clients what I believed to be true. It turned out it was a lie. After I left the company, I just simply called everyone I had contacted and told them what I learned to be true. I was very careful not to talk bad about Events And Shows because Robert is sue happy....in my opinion! I remember I was driving to lunch with Robert and a SUV pulled in front of him without a blinker. I'm sure the SUV just didn't see him, but it really wasn't that close to an accident. Completely the SUV's fault, but no harm...no foul....right? WRONG! Robert Sussman turned red, pulled up behind the SUV at a red light and got out of his car and started to run to the SUV. Really? Can someone say anger management? It was amazing how idiotic he was. Just let it go Robert...life is too short! Nothing even happened. Thankfully the SUV just made a right turn and got away without a scene. That's just the type of person he is. I was going to get into details about his assistant...but he's not even worth anything and pretty insignificant anyways.
