Lean Spa Money Scam! Loose weigh in your bank account Internet

I saw a pop-up add supposedly from a news reporter about loosing weight with no hidden charges or obligation to continue. Well my experience did not go that way. I purchased the product on March 20,2011 and was charged $4.95 the same day. The order was to arrive according to them 2 days later and it arrived on March 25, 2011. That was ok, but then on March 27, 2011 they debited my bank account twice in the amount of $79.90 without any further communication with me. They stated I had 14 days from the original order date to cancel and avoid any further charges, this did not happen. I should have had until April 03,2011 at the earliest. When I called their customer service number at 1-800-839-9990 to cancel the order and request a refund I was placed on a long hold, after which the line simply disconnected 4 times without anyone answering. The company recognized my phone number and I have not been able to make contact with anyone. I am cancelling my bank account and card to prevent any further deductions. The only thing I lost was my money and hopes of better health. They are a SCAM!!! Dont do it!
