LIFETIME TRANSPORT Non payment TEMPE, Arizona

Right now they are almost 60 days overdue in a $5,400 invoice. When contacted, they keep saying that they had an internal problem with somebody that went out of the country, but they never said that it will be paid.
They are very nice on the phone and all their business references gave us good references.
BE CAREFULL, THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!

My name is Joe Ochoa I am the owner of Lifetime Transport, LLC. they name of the company that is been defaming Lifetime Transport is Balback Transportation, LLC. they did a load some months ago and they fail to follow procedure, no paperwork was send to us in till baxter bailey and associates ( collection agency from california ) contacted us, we immediately made the payment, the carrier after the fact of the payment stared to posting comments all over the internet about Lifetime Transport, even after the payment was maid. This carrier company is very dishonest, I can send a copy of the check that we sent to the collection agency and the information to contact them. If any one have any questions you can contact me direct to my company or my cell.

Call Weiss, Spencer & Levin 954-941-6633 they are experts in collecting freight bills and they will collect your freight bill and pay you the same day!!! Baxter Bailey Collects and carrier's have said they collected and never paid them and they become rud and nasty.

My company name is Dion Ramos Delivery Services, i have an invoice # 112579 amount of $850.00 that is not paid by Lifetime Transport, overdue for 80 days. Lifetime Transport Load# NF71106 delivered on August, 05, 2005. We tried to contact Lifetime Transport many times, they said that they will check on it and promised to pay us, but it did not happen, no return call no payment received..
we tried contacting Lifetime Transport again to give them a chance to settle the problem, but nobody answer the phone even cell phone of Jose Ochoa the owner. it seem that they have no intention of fixing the problem.

I agree to Balback Transportation that Lifetime Transport and its owner are dishonest. and maybe they are scam.

To all trucking companies, avoid doing business to Lifetime Transport, avoid rip-off and scam.

To all shippers, please do not give load to Lifetime Transport, they are using your company to rip-off or scam the trucking companies.
