Also I recommend you contact the Lampasas County District Attorney's Office and ask to speak to Asst. District Attorney Greenwood. I waited over 10 months and never received on an item which should have taken no more than 6 months start to finish. I requested copies of my paperwork on multiple occasions, which I should have been provided copies of upon submission, but was met with resistance, blame, and the "I'm too busy" excuse each time. I finally gave up and requested a refund which was sent after two weeks, because Tim had to "tell the accountant to send the check". Oddly, the signature on the check was Tim's, matched the writing on the check quite well, and was dated exactly two weeks to the day from the request of refund. Apparently, it takes Tim two weeks to talk to himself. Tim's prices are not competitive to start with, so do yourself a favor and locate another dealer that will perform transactions properly from the start.

I placed an order for 2 Saiga rifles from him. He told me the rifles are in stock and will be shipped as soon as the payment clears. The credit card got charged the next day. He NEVER shipped the rifles. I was calling and emailing him constantly for couple of weeks to follow up on the order. He would promise me new dates for delivery every single time. Finally I gave up on the rifles and canceled my order... again he promise me reinburment will show in about 5 days... Of course he lied again, ... I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute for the charge.

I will contact. I contacted the ATF and BBB left VM and called lampasass county but didn't know who to talk to! THANK YOU SO MUCH for the information this man is a con stole from my husband and myself. everyone keep posted of progress.
