Magicjack total lack of contact information or customer service follow up not available, Florida

I purchased the magic jack so that I could stay in closer touch with my 90 year old mother who lives in another state without using up all of my cell minutes. The magic jack does not work in that particular area code. I have contacted them (you cannot call them or email them you have to chat with them online for customer service) 4 times and each time receive the same answer. 'We will report it to our engineers who will work on it" 2 1/2 months later I have heard nothing, and when I contact them again they just tell me to wait to hear from them. Like that's going to happen. So I contacted them a week ago and told them I wanted to return the item and get a refund since it does not work for me and they said they would get in touch with me about that as well. So far not a word. I suspect they have no intention of taking care of their issues which is why there is nowhere to email or call them.. They are a scam as far as I'm concerned.

i have a magic jack and cant call a local number and its a buzy signal all the time on any 541-875 number thanks, my number is 1-541-508-1920.my name is darrel.
