Most intelligent people would think a man who vehemently denounced crime on the island of St.Luica and always hand down severe sentences to criminals would himself be law abiding and be above condemnation. The truth is St. Lucian Magistrate Velon John never practice what he preaches to the criminals he so frequently sentence to long prison terms for a mere drug infraction. Magistrate John Modus Oprendi is to hoodwink the Island judiciary and the population in believing he possessed great knowledge and experience in criminology. What is unknown to many on the Island nation about Magistrate John is that he is a known pedophile and a child pornography peddler who frequently travels to the US and other Island countries for the sole purpose of engaging in sex acts with under aged boys. This man has fooled many gullible people thru-out the Caribbean by creating the perfect façade of being a no nonsense law-man, when infact his closet is full of dirty laundry and skeletons.
