A financial agent offers a loans bullet with a guarantee of Manhattan Capital Management. The agent shows you a lot of forms to have the loan bullet (6-10-15 years - interest rate 3-4%), after a couple of weeks or one month, he told you that you can have the money in ten days but before you have to pay a guarantee issued by a big insurance in 110 Wall Street NY (Manhattan Capital Management).
