This guy took $250 from me since August and have yet to pay me back, now I can't find him. Thebusiness is not even listed in the better business bureau. He lied and said the holdup with paying us back is because the money is tied up with investors.He spent the money!Every few days he sent email like the one below begging folks to pay. His desperation should have been a sign to me that something was not right.

Happy Friday my people! Hope all is well.. 50 Days until the biggest and best offline EVER! Please get your deposits in, today is Friday.. payday, so get er done.. lol Now this a lot of text here so I already know that it won't be read by everyone.. Why? I won't say it here but you know what they say about us.. If you have info, and you want to hide it???? You know the rest. Lol If you looked at the text and thought " I aint reading all of that" Then you might be one of those people.. Ok.. Enough. (I'm just kidding folks..lol). Ok folks, I just want to clarify some details of the "ATL Offline Party & Networking Getaway". A few of you sent me emails and based on what I'm getting it appears I need to make a few things clear for folks. Communication is KEY! lol First of all, thistrip is for folks who areLIVING their life and are drama free and want to have fun and party up close and personal with celebs and like minded people. Believe it or not, this doesn't represent everyone walking around.. lol It is also designed to make it cheap for folks to come. The artists we are bringing (TANK & RAHEEM DEVAUGHN) are very expensive!It literally cost t-h-o-u-s-a-n-d-s to put this thing on!It really should be around$400 per personbut we have worked hard to pinch every corner to bring it to you at a reasonable price...only $300 per person.
$300 gets you access to EVERYTHING(Food, Open Bar style drinks, concert Featuring Tank &Raheem DeVaughn, expo,Greek Scroll Off,Comedy Show hosted by Rickey Smiley...including your OWNroom) not to mention Olivia Fox will be in the building, Marc Clarke and the whole Hot 96.3 STAFF! $250gets you access to EVERYTHING also, you just double up rooms with someone. [Now, let's say you have a girlfriend ladies that you want to getyour party on with and don't mind doubling up within a room...2 beds of course! LOLWell, a lot of ladies roll like that anyway. For you the price is even less...just $250 (per person). This means you pay $250 and your girlfriend pays $250. It takes care of EVERYTHING(Food, Open Bar style drinks, concert Featuring Tank &Raheem DeVaughn, Offline Expo,Greek Scroll Off,Comedy Show hosted by Rickey Smiley...including a double room with 2 beds)] did I mention 2 beds?? lol We are trying to make this a big event. It is NOT about making a buck at this point so much as to promote our station in a big way!We have done these offline parties before and had a blast!We really want to make it a no brainer for people to come. Most people see it for what it is but we also have received a few emails regarding those who want to come to the party but not pay for the HOTEL. Folks, THIS IS A PACKAGE DEAL!We have to sell it as a package. For insurance purposes when you are putting on a weekend like this and people are drinking free, we have to show that the patrons are staying on site and have rooms booked. We do not have a liquor license and a million dollar insurance budget, so the way around it is, having the party at the hotel withrooms accounted for each patron. Besides, you need a night out from the same ole same ole! Stop trying to be cheap and enjoy your life.LOL (just kidding but not really) LOL Now, here is the part where I preach...LOL I am still getting black folks who don't want to support this thing for what it cost and want to cut corners. [W-E-L-L] It is incredible how we sometimes just have to have the free HOOK UPor the outragous discount all the time. LOL Folks, you can not attend an event like this for any less than we are able to do it for, so please, if you can not afford it, then you can notafford it![W-E-L-L] I understand the economy is rough right now but thatis why it is a low as it is...trust me. I wish everyone was able to come to this event, Lord knows it is going to be incredible, but that's just the way itis sometimes.I hope someday I can make it so I can do an event like this for free...oneday I will too -watch!But for now, it is not free. Please try to support the event if you can and resist asking for the megga hookup. :) We have done everything we could thus far to make this work. Thankfully most people see this! Ok, I'm done...
