Marci Clark is a thief & should have her liscense taken away so that she cannot take anyone elses money from them. She is a liar!! When we were first trying to get a house from them, we were promised we would be able to get a brand new house with all new appliances & all the whole nine yards. So we ended up selling all our older appliances. Well, we ended up not being able to get the new house that we were promised, so Marci found us a house that was already set up, ready for move in. Long story short, we tried for 9 months to qualify for this house. We were told to do this, so we did; then we were told to do that, so we did. We did everything we were supposed to do, & still couldn't get qualified. Instead of Marci telling us that we could not get qualified, she kept stringing us along & telling us that we were almost to closing. We were told that we would be in the house by the holidays, but we weren't. We lived in a motel from Oct. 2010 - Jan. 2011. Almost 4 months!!!! Then we moved in with one of my relatives for the next 4 months! We gave her a deadline & said that if we are not in that house by the end of April, we want our money back so we can find a place to live. I asked her everyday if she had heard anything from the lenders, and sometimes I would get, should know be weeks end, or I'll try to get int ouch with them today, or I left a message, but NEVER the truth!!!! Which we didn't qualify, but she wouldn't tell us that!! She got mad at my husband & called him a liar & a "butthole" (but not the nice version). Who wants to do business with a person who calls their customers names?? We hve heard her call her own employees names. She is the most unprofessional individual I have EVER deatl with!! She herself is a liar! She says that seh has done credit repair, we didn't ask her to do that nor did we sign anything saying or asking for that service. I ahve contacted & complained to the TDHCA (Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs) which is the group of people that issues her licsence. I hope that they investigate it & take her licsense away. seh should not be in business!! she is a nothing but a fraud!! Just so that other people what she does witht he money you give, she sends her daughter to private school, she has hired a chauffer to drive her daughter around to do whatever she wants or whereever she want to go. Her daughter goes to school half a day so she needs to be driven around mopst of the day. She also says that she doens't have the money to pay her employees, but has the money to hire a chauffer for her daughter???
