Mayes county Dhs child protective services I have never abused, neglected nor starved my children,and my local dhs office has taken custody of my kid

I have never abused, neglected, or starved my children, they dhs stepped in june 2009 and removed my children after i had a menta breakdwon due to a old guy breaking into my home and abusing me in the prescence of my children. I completed everything I was advised to complete and once I got everything complete the local dhs adds more and I complete what ever they add and they just keep giving me the go around, they try to use things from my past childhood, and it has nothing to do with the present nor the future. They reunited my children with me november 12, 2010, and removed them again january 18, 2011 and there reason was because my three year old child is a very aggressive and angry child. I have asked for a phsycological exam done on my child and the Dhs refuses, I have asked for some family therapy counseling and once again have been refused. The whole time my children where in my care they looked healthy and youthful, had good color, never had uncommon bruises, since there removal they have had bruises in there face, there back cuts, busted lips and blacked eyes, they look sick(pale), mentally and emotionally drained, they don't have that happy look in there eys(home sick). The dhs keeps trying there best to find little negative things about my past and use it against me on trying to terminate my parental rights, I understand the dhs has some power, but, they are taking there power a little over board and too extensive. I feel it was unjustly for the removal of my children, they have been in about 5 diffrent foster homes and they are not with each other my two boys are in one home and my daughter is in another and they only get to see each other once a week and that is for a hour at my visitation if they are lucky they get to see each other one time outside of the dhs. The dhs system needs to be throughly investigated and it all brought to public on how they are doing things people are scared to step up and take a stand, but I am one mother that will take that step forward for my children dhs is taking innocent children from innocent parents, the ones they know and love without a good cause ecspecially when the children are not being abused, neglected or starved or deprived. I feel the dhs is trying to cover there mistakes and are not focusing on the children that are actually abused, neglected deprived, starved and ect. and stop over jumping the gun.
