Forty-Five minutes latter my pizza arrived hot and fresh. I began taking photos placing it under the kitchen light I had available. They latter cite many reasons for rejecting my job claiming the pictures were to dark. I don't understand how as I've done several gigs with the same camera and lighting before and never had a problem.

A few full days latter I finaly got notice of the rejection via email. They said the photo was "to dark" and told me to resend photos. I couldn't resend photos as the pizza is alreadly consumed and send them the following response.

"Hello, I'm writing in regards to an email I received declining my job. The provided Top View, Side View and Cut View Pizza Photos are dark. -It was placed under the brightest light source I had available. The Top View Pizza Photo had the Tag ID partially covering the Pizza. Please send proper Top View, Side View and Cut View Pizza photos.- All the photos were taken well over a week ago. The ID only covers a tiny part of the crust on the top view. The Instructions clearly say that the purpose is to evaluate the spread of the toppings in question. You can clearly see the toppings so I don't think there should be a problem with this You can use the top view to evaluate the crust.

Bottom line is the pizza is already consumed as this job was done almost a week ago. What are my options now to get the proper reimbursement I was promised?"

After this email he tells me that the pepper was not in view of the camera. I found the pepper after taking my pizza apart to eat it. It was below a slice of pizza. Am I suppose to alter the presentation of the pizza to show it when Papa Johns clearly needs to know that it was under as I don't think that that was quality?
