We did a search on the internet for a book we needed. We found a link that said we could download this book, along with multitudes of other content from other sources. The price was $4.95. When we signed on, there was NO link to the book at all. We tried to contact the company, but they would not return our emails. Then our cc was charged $69.95 for a subscription! We have attempted to contact them repeatedly with no human response. This is the automated response we received... Thank you for contacting our support department.
