Mick Vines and Liann Vines Raymond Vines hired me to build a driveway and stiffed me on the bill for $8000 Port Ludlow, Washington

I was asked to clear an area to build a 300' driveway and gravel it, once i started on the project it changed to a 1000' circular driveway and remove the stumps and debris from clearing from the property, and install 2 campsite parking areas, which nearly tripled the amount of work originally agreed upon. After 9 days of working on this project to get it finished (being told multiple time that it was "looking really good" and " you are working very fast") i submitted my invoice of $12807.50. Mick paid me $5000.00 and said "that is all I can afford to pay". Later he said that is all the money i deserved and I over charged him even though earlier he was saying the exact opposite and even invited me and my family to stay at his campsite. I have over $8000 invested in his property out of my pocket for this work I have done. He has told me he plans on pressing charges against me for kidnapping and extortion for me accepting the 2 check he wrote for me if I pursue legal action. I have told him good luck, but I do not have the money to hire an attorny since I just do this work on the side and spent a lot of my money to make his property more valuable. Mick and Liann Vines owe me $8000 and won't even return my calls. I am out thousands in out of pocket expenses. They live at 331 Bayshore Dr in Port Ludlow but the property they had me work on is a campsite they own in Queets, WA.
