| Miriam Preissel came to us and had us design a website for her. She signed our contract which stated that we do not perform any work until we receive a 50% deposit. She paid the deposit with her credit card. About halfway through the website project, she became belligerent and very passive aggressive toward us. She attacked us professionally and personally. At this point, we decided to cut our losses and turned over her site half finished. Once we did this she immediately called her credit card company and said she never got a website when in fact she did, it just wasn't finished. Now she is parading around the internet leaving libelous comments about our company. At the time of this writing we have filed in small claims court suing her for illegal chargeback. Do not work with her as she has probably done this before. She seems to enjoy leaving negative comments all over the net. Just google her name Miriam Preissel or Annie Anndoheb. Very strange woman with nothing better to do than be mean to others and do illegal things. Stay away from her and do not do business with her. |

This company is Relevant Trafik owned by Gary Nicolson who works with Zeke Rich. I did in fact sign a contract that required a 50% deposit which I respected and did not even question. It also guaranteed a site to be build to the client's specifications within 15 working days. The homepage was outlined in the contract to be build by Relevant Trafik according to "examples of php scripts" that I showed Gary but obviously did not accomplish my goals so I needed a programmer who could manipulate php code. Clearly stated. Instead of creating this script, he downloaded a free one and then could not change it to the original specs that were requested.
I hired Gary because he assured me that he could accomplish the most important single function that the homepage required. After showing a site that had little done to it other than an image and a downloaded image from the website I sent as an example along with the downloaded script he integrated instead of building, they spent a week not accomplishing anything else but trying to convince me that it was impossible to do what I wanted.
Gary had Zeke call me to explain the problem and I said if a script was not to be build as specified they could at least use one that had the function I required and could send him a link to this. I told him that the contract was specific that this was supposed to be build by Relevant Trafik and if they did not have the ability to change the code it was a problem, but if a different script could work let's look at that.
Zeke began yelling at me about his awards and how insulting I was in saying that he could not program this function, etc.. I finally said "Zeke, I'm hanging up" and hung up. I called back in 10 minutes and asked if we could discuss this calmly and he replied "You won't continue to be "passive aggressive"" which was quite insulting, I guess meaning that I would not take a yelling programmer tell me that he couldn't do what I had hired them for was passive aggressive. But I just said let me having your email address and I will send you examples of scripts and sites that accomplish what I need. When I pulled up an email address card to fill in the info I asked his last name to fill it out. He then said "Oh, no, there you go, I'm not doing that." and hung up on me.
This was pretty much the final straw in trying to communicate verbally, I even had my assistant who has more experience with web construction work with them but they would not respond to her. I thought that maybe I was not communicating successfully and maybe she would do better. Maybe that's why they began calling me passive aggressive. Honestly I was just trying anything to get the job done.
After being hung up I sent an email saying we had 3 options. They could continue working on the site and accomplish my notes. They could put the site up for review (I had no access unless they specifically gave me passwords) and we could work out a settlement for partial payment, or he could just return my deposit at this point.
There was no response to this but eventually got an email saying that I had decided not to be cooperative and received a "bill" for the exact amount of the deposit. The site with the downloaded script, with the design that was used from my example site along with nav bars that didn't even have the requested functions on them as a "finished site".
The contract was specific. You can't give a customer an empty box and say there was a delivery. According to the contract it was to the "client's specifications" and there were no revisions done even to notes from my first review. The site now has to be redone from scratch.
The really stunning thing to me is that I got the script that I thought could work, bought it and had them upload it for $100 and within 24 hours I had it performing the one function that they could not accomplish.
A very unpleasant experience, I guess for everyone, but I won't get personal. It's business and I will just say I was not satisfied. I stumbled across a site that said Relevant Trafik had 10 employees and had done 2.5 million dollars worth of business last year. I could not in all consciousness not reply that business was done in a trailer at a roofing company that he traded for overseeing their site and this did not seem to be accurate. Now they are posting on these sites for revenge. The gift that keeps giving.
On top of the NDA they both signed, but are posting info in these childish reviews that violate that agreement.
I will let people decide for themselves who is leaving "libelous comments" and is acting "illegally". I will say that I wish I had a time machine. |

| all lies from a lady who lost in court and now has filed an appeal in which she has no basis for it. She will lose again and will be forced to pay up. Also, another company called us stating that she did the same thing to them. Do not do business with Miriam Preissel. She is dishonest and a liar. She will also be sued for libel and slander after the appeal is over. |
