Moss Sidell, Attorney creative loan modification Moss sidell is a liar and a thief Newton, Massachusetts

Moss Sidell and his salesperson Robert Benson took 3,000 from us over a year ago and still have not done my loan modification. I was told that Robert benson was fired and a new salesperson Jerry was handling my case. When I spoke with attorney Moss he told me he was personally taking care of my case, my bank says he never spoke with them?
I know he is always on the radio talking about his expertise?
It has been over 1 year and nothing is happening?
then I got a letter saying my case is being transferred to some guy Phil in NY who says Moss is a a salaried officer of the company and him and his wife are running everything and he splits his fees with his salesperson there and is running different mod companies from the same office. I know that is true because he is on the radio talking about another company called creative funding or something like that
All I know is that I am getting the run around and I only signed up because I thought an attorney was handling my case.
I don't know who to speak with now?
is anyone having the same problem with this guy sidell?

YES ...he is a scam artist. He worked for American Consultants in Newton advertising on WBZ radio. HE is still at it, screwing homeowners that are already in a tough financial situation. He just change the name of the company.
