I recently have been a victim of a cyber crime from a person that advertises on many boards. I have been the victim of a Fraud Scheme operated by Muhammad Nisar Mughal. In April 2011 and early May 2011 I had correspondence with Mr. Mughal through a trade portal called Alibaba (www.alibaba.com). Mr. Mughals information on Alibaba is as follows: Name: Nisar Mughal

Product Details: Affordable Web Design and Development Services. I requested Mr. Mughal to redesign my website, crop images and make improvements to my Microsoft Database. On May 2, 2011 Mr. Mughal confirmed via email that he would charge a total of $1350 US Dollars to complete the job within 2 to 3 weeks. He required that we have a deposit of 50%, which was done on May 4, 2011. After the deposit of $675 was made, Mr. Mughal no longer responded to emails. There has been no work completed to this date. Mr Mughal does not answer his phone, and is not online for messaging or communication. Mr. Mughal will respond to emails stating that he will not do the work, the work is done, he has sent the work...., he has no consistent answers and has not provided any work to this date. Webtaq has not handed over ANY work. If you have post it out somewhere so we can see it. They have given us zero work. Look at all of his scams. Look at alibaba.
If he has proof I would love to see it, I have emailed many many times.
I am in the United States and people like Nisar Mughal give all of the people of Pakistan a bad reputation. I have tried to call him multiple times and email him multiple times. If he has given us any work he can send it to you at [email protected] -- I can be emailed at [email protected].
He will send you nothing on our wheelreplicas website design as he has done NOTHING.
Look at his other scams like 2daygift or others. He has been removed from alibaba due to these scams. |

i have reported this guy Nisar Mughal from Sialkot, Pakistan to the F.B.I. Cyber Crime unit. i have also reported him to the local police authorities and i will also contact police in europe and australia to report him there.
if you have been scammed by this person then please email me: [email protected] and send me the details/proof. once i am able to recover all the funds from him i will try my best to return that to the rightful owners.

Yes, Nisar Mughal is a scammer. He is a liar and a thief. If you are going to deal with him...he will steal your money.
He will do one of two things...
1. He will not do your website
2. He will give you a website that looks nice but fails to work at all. Basically the coding is so bad...that there will be all kinds of bugs.

Also Webtaq claims they have done work for JCPENNEY, KOHLS, etc etc which are very nice companies in the US...this is what he does to SCAM you. These companies would never accept the kind of JUNK that NISAR MUGHAL PUTS OUT.
HE IS A TOTAL SCAMMER...I believe he is working with Nigerians to scam people even more. |

Has Scammed me too. I have given hime 1000$ in payza to his offer to return me the same 1000$ via Western Union. He is a great Scammer. Plz everone aware of this person and stay away. I will report about this to all concern. If anybody says he is good person, I have all the proofs about what i am reporting. |
