I activated My Nigeria Mobile phone service on 09/26/2011 so I could save money calling my fiance' in Nigeria. Well, their service simple does not work. I tried calling my fiance' several times but I kept getting a recorded message stating that the call could not be made, or the person could not be reached. I tried another phone service and I contacted my fiance' with no problem. I called My Nigeria Mobile customer service but they could not fix the problem. I asked for my money back and they told me I had to send them an email requesting a refund. I sent the email and have yet to here from them. They only except PayPal for payment, which should have been a red flag for me. A business like that should be able to accept Visa, or Master Card. Well, they say you live and learn. My advice to anyone is not to use their service.
