CHARGED AND ADDITIONAL FEE WHEN IT WASN'T WARRANTED

Below is an email that I sent to MYPAYDAYLOAN.COM about over charging me an additional $39.00 for a $200.00 loan:

I am confused on something. on the last loan I took out with your company I paid in two installments. The first one was fine but the second one for $100.00 principal and $30 fee should have been a pmt of $130.00. Instead I ended up paying you $169.00 as if I held on to the money for another 2 weeks. I sent you the $130.00 by money gram before end of business day the same day you took the 2 $19.50. I should have only sent you $100.00, when added to the 2 $19.50= $130.00. This was suppose to be the final installment for that loan. the fees were only $30.00. Why did I get charged another $30.00. It wasn't late, you got all your money same day.

below is also the email with the time I sent you the confirmation stating I made the payment. Also, why was there an additional $9.00 added if the loan documents state. $30.00 for every $100.00 and I borrowed $200.00. the loan should have been for $260.00 not $299.00 which is an additional $39.00. WHY????? YOU WERE PAID ON TIME.

I don't understand why I was charged the additional $39.00. Does this sound fishy to you?

in the meantime I have closed the account and I am holding another loan for $300 hostage until they resolve this issue and give me back my $39.00.

I know you wondering why did I do it again. While I was going over my bank account and calculating my debts I noticed the discrepancy. I questioned them on it before but they gave me a whole lot of BS on the phone and I was driving at the time so I couldn't actually do much calculating at the time. But now that I have the time to look it over I am pissed.
