| Got 2 calls from these foreign people. They "sell" diabetes supplies but you have to give them your information such as social security which is the medicare number - they want to talk to the person who has diabetes and I said was the one the had to talk to. that is how I found out the want all you information. I suppose that will try to get you social, address and credit card information. Don't think it is a good idea to give it to some one who calls out of the blue. epically when both of them could not really speak English. I am not even sure the National Diabetes Association is real. Domain name registered Dec 2010. they don't answer there phones, there is no forum - dead link. |

Ive work at national diabetes association, also called as Inter face or ascend asia here in Philippines. at first I thought this company is for good. i work as a medical service associate, thats what they told me to say when calling the insurances. they are saying we are calling from downtown California, but actually we are calling from Philippines. they have i think 3 branches here in Philippines. one at makati, baguio, and our city in bacolod, owners name is Matt Palacios the abusive and fat man. Please dont give your member Id's or social security number when they ask you to. we don't really know what they really up to with it. they charge a lot of money from your insurances. there is a lot of pharmacy or medical providers.. please guys don't avail anything from this fucking company. there are some cases that they would just get your ssn and get the payment from your insurances but wont send your supplies at all, I know it because ive work here before. please inform.. thanks.. hope you will take actions. this company is a joke.. they are fooling not just the American citizens but also Filipino peoples. Im sorry if ive work here before. |

| OMG..my nightmare with these people has been going on for months...When I ask for a phone number so that I can verify their validity they hang up. When I ask them to speak with a supervisor they hang up. When I ask them to take my name off their list they keep calling. My husband went so far as to tell them that I had died so would they please stop calling, they continue to call. I don't know how to get rid of them, short of changing my number. |

We traced their telephone number to an Inglewood, California address. Drove to that address. It belongs to another company called the Ankle and Foot clinic. Traced them to another address in Florida and another in Hawaii. California Secretary of State lists them as a suspended California Corporation. The address of record for that suspended corporation is the same one that show up when you trace their telephone number.
We have been advised that all people who receive these unwelcome calls should file a police report. With that, you then take a copy of that report to your local district attorney's office. I have seen complaints from North Dakota as well. One woman indicated that her caller ID brought up the Liberty Medical supply company. She called them and was told they never heard of this organization. We have so far traced three telephone numbers to them, all of which are working, but none of which appear to be located where they say they operate.
My husband was first contacted by them after clicking on a Facebook ad for free coins for a game he was playing. They asked him for a lot of personal information, including his Social Security number. We reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. Nothing was done. Telephone company and all other agencies we call tell us to begin with the police report. They have called us every day for the past three months and sometimes twice a day. On Saturday, they called at 7 am.

| You should be patient enough to be getting these type of callers. They gave me a talking meter. If they are not legit, why did i get my meter free. We are old enough to understand and see who is fake and who is not. I know given that we are too old to walk down stairs answering every phone call we are getting from them is tiring and sometimes time wasting, but why not give them a chance like the way i did. Its risk free. SS# is not necessary. They did not ask me that information. Our medicare number looks like our social security number but not exactly the same. So it is fraud free. We should be thankful that these guys are doing their best to prolong the melting life we have. |

| all of us in my family are diabetic, my mom dad, me, and my two brothers. it's our bloodline actually, i got a call from the NDA or the national diabetes association they said they are located at California. first my mom spoke with one of there associates.same Question they asked about my mom diabetes condition.she give her social security number after 10 day's my mom got her supplies.she is very satisfied with the supplies she got. and all of us now is getting our supplies with them.they having a campaign right now helping a diabetic people. but others don't believe in them. i understand that, it's so strange to give all your information regarding about your medical history and gave all insurance information and social security.but for the peace of mind we contact there toll free number which is 877-544-9121 and there website www.NDAUSA.NET. the good thing about them is, if you have your current company provides your supplies it's alright they just going to shoulder your co-pay for you.isn't that great???? you can have your supplies without paying anything.and they will contact your doctor for your prescription so how can you say that it's a scam?? in return for them i volunteer myself as part of there campaign, even though I'm busy with my career and work as a lawyer. i strongly advice don't judge anyone try to trust sometimes for those people who really want to help you. NDA ROCKS!!!BREAK A LEG |

| These scammers just called me for the 6th time today, I thought it was bad until I read some of these posts where people were called more than once a day for weeks. It is like some of the other posts, they started with saying they were with senior services of some type, taking a survey. They asked if anyone in the house had diabetes, I said no, they said thank you and hung up. A couple days later somebody calls and says they have info that somebody here has diabetes. I said no you are mistaken, I just told you that a couple of days ago. But they have called again and today they did say National Diabetes Association which I tried to look up and find the website suspicious, as others have noted. I am also on the Do Not Call list and can't figure out how they got me because no one in my house has diabetes and I had not been to any doctors offices when these calls started coming. |
