navis pack and ship Go Navis Don't hire them - worst experience ever - cost us almost $19,000 Las Vegas, Nevada

We hired Navis Pack and Ship in July 2011 to ship our personal stuff to Spain because we were moving there from the US. There website claims that they have 25 years of experience and help navigate the maze and paperwork involved to ship internationally. We paid them almost $9000 and now our stuff is stuck in customs in Spain and is undeliverable. Navis hired UPS to deliver our goods and UPS has informed us that Navis did not complete the paperwork correctly. Even worse than this is the fact that UPS notified us of this fact almost 6 weeks ago and Navis Pack and Ship refuses to do anything about it or to correct their mistake. UPS has now stacked up almost $8000 of storage fees because Navis refuses to either have them return our stuff or correct the paperwork. At this point we are out almost $19000 with the cost of our stuff we were shipping. Navis refuses to returns calls or deal with UPS that has for the past 6 weeks been waiting for them to correct there mistakes or allow the shipment to be returned. Whatever you don't do hire Navis Pack and Ship.
