I was "ripped off" when I paid USD34.98 on May 30 for Open Office, which I learnt the next day, is a free download!
Maybe I could live with being so foolish as to download a free programme, but it will not download because I have dial up and it would take at least 8 hours!! And after 15 minutes the screen went blank and would not continue the download; not that I would have been able to stay online for that length of time anyway.
All part of the learning process!

Hi, I was ripped off too, with this product you have to pay then find out the programs can be downloaded for free, so immediately I cancelled my credit-card which stopped all payment but it was too late the money was taken out, so I explained to the bank what had happenened and also wrote a protest letter to the company, who almost immediately refunded my money.This I though was a great thing in their favour, as you all know refunds are hard to get!

Hi, it seems I got ripped off as well. (this is good, ) On the 28/06/2011 it seems I purchased something worth $29, 41 USD plus OS Tax $.84. This appeared on my credit card stat. and for the life of me I do not know what the ***k I was supposed to have bought. I will have to start writing, with threats of fraud etc. I await further developments.

i was ripped off too by these people. it seems like they have alot of different scams. they charged me for free movie downloads. this stinks. can't someone shut them down?
