Merchandise never sent

I placed an order from Nola Fitness for a "back2life" back machine on May 14, 2011. An e-mail informed me that the oder had been updated to "AWAITING FULFILLMENT". As of May 24, 2011 I have receieved no merchandise, been unable to make concact via e-mail or phone.

I too placed a order for the back2life back machine May 10, 2011 I have yet to make contact with these people
when I go online for my order states It say AWAITING FULFILLMENT It is May 28, 2011 and I still have not heard ANYTHING from these people

I also placed an order May 19, 2011 and I can't reach them by phone because they say they are experiencing technical difficulties with their phone system. I emailed them when I first placed the order because the order wouldn't do through the first time. They emailed me back and said try again and now the order was placed and I haven't been able to even check the status of my order because it keeps coming up and saying my email is an invalid email over and over again.

I placed my order on may 17 & having the the same problems. I used acredit card to pay whitch somehow got turned over to pay pal. Money has been charged to my account but no merchandise has arrived. Any sugestions on how to handle this?
