NORTH HILLS AUTO SALES AND LEASING REPOSSED MY VEHICLE AND DEMANDED OVER $2000.00 TO RETURN THE VEHICLE. NORTH HILLS, California

I purchased a Vehicle from North Hills Auto in the begining of the Year of 2011 The Vehicle Never gave me any problems what so ever. What gave Me problems was the Dealer. The firat week I had the vehicle the vehicle was seized by the Police and impounded due to North Hills were not the Registered Owners of that vehicle and did not have any right to sale the vehicle. I got the vehicle back and didnt have to pay for the impound. Later on My vehicle was impounded from My school/work, which according to me North Hills Auto had No records of my education or New Employment. I believed the vehicle has some type of tracking device that they dont tell you about. I was a few days late on my car payment and was my first time being late, the repossed my vehicle and demanded 1900.00 for to return the vehicle. I was able to get the money a week later to get the car back. Then just recently I graduated from school and was unemployeed, I spoke to the fiance Manager Richard and he was understanding of my situation i told him was goin to take car payment into them as soon as i had the money the day before i was planning t take the Money My car was repossed at 11:30pm! i was told the vehicle was to be at their lot but the vehicle nver got to their lot til the following day. The sales people that work there including the MAnager Johnny are extermely rude. I feeel once there and never did they ask if i was okay or anything. I did not want to pay them again 2000.00 for the vehicle again. An Insider that works there claimed that vehicle is Completly paid off already and has been repossed many times not just from myself but from previous buyers. He said the company do that all the time and do people dirty and sees all kinds of shady stuff happen everyday there.
