Hi I am sorry to all those people I sold advertizing to. I didn't feel it necessary to check out a company that was going to hire me to sell their product. I trusted them as you trusted me! Now the reason I am posting this is because I have been with them 3 months and things have changed. No leads. Why you might ask and or don't care, but I believe we(salespeople) are being used, individuals like me, are hired as independent contractors to sell advertizements. I was told I would get leads. I did at first!

I would have 8 leads a day and slowly they became fewer down to literally none. Why did this happen. Remember I said I have worked with them for 3 months, the sales pitch includes, "booklets will be out in 3 months" So when I have no leads, equals no sales, which equals look for another job. We part company. Then restaurants don't receive their booklets. Then, I will soon be getting calls from businesses I sold, like posters here and " ". I live in the town I was hired in! As many of the sales people probably are! I sold this to people in my home town.

One last thing, the people there are real, the manager of the business, Marlo Jensen, is the lady that posted just ahead of me on yelp. You can check this out. I googled "Northwest Publishing Portland Oregon bbb" There it lists her as the Manager of Operations at Trivia Pages/Northwest Publishing. Her pic of the cat is under Kittie, in her album of photos under her profile! You probably have to be her friend first, to see it, so scam her first. I tagged it so will see if it is useful in bringing them down.

She has a Facebook page, check out her sight, she has a cat just like in her profile picture. Now read her post, she is portraying herself as if she was a small business owner and an advertiser purchasing from Trivia pages/Northwest printing/Regal Printing. And has two posts portraying the same status.

Sorry again to all those I sold to, I will never receive the other portion of my commission. We got half of our "commission" up front after the check was cashed. So they stole from me too!

Terrible Terrible business practices. The sales floor operates in the dark ages. They hire any poor fool just released from prison and down on his luck. Promise him a good career opportunity and then use him as pawn in their campaign to further their despicable publication. Phoners are not allowed to recieve calls back from prospective clients. To further degrade the salesperson any information gathered from leads by the phoner has to be verified by a manager while the prospective client waits on the phone. How incompetant that must come accross to the client. They give the phoners outdated leads that are no joke 12 plus years old and demand results. Managers prance around on their high horses like slave drivers screaming to get on the phones. Very degrading company to work for.
