Nuvia3, LLC Nuvia3 Senior Executive Leadership of Nuvia3 uses/teaches deception as a standard means of recruitment. Refuses refunds to those wronged
13th of Dec, 2010 by User286173
I am submitting this report of behalf of a large group of individuals, of whom I spokesperson.
We have been in personal email communication with the CEO of Nuvia3 and gave gave the founder ample opportunity (10 business days) to rectify this situation. Instead we were ignored and cast aside as yesterday's garbage.
As a side note addressed to Mr. Michael J. Rangel, CEO of Nuvia3, who was personally aware of our claim and personally refused to rectify this situation:
WE ARE NOT "TRASH" THAT CAN BE USED AND THEN CAST ASIDE!!
---End of Side Note---
This is a lengthy report that can be backed up with quite a bit of supporting documentation (Available, with names removed, at ANYONE'S Request):
Although we could fill this report with pages of documentation, we felt that would complicate matters here. We want to just get this complaint out there to protect others so the Bottom Line in this matter is as follows:
A confirmed Founding Executive /Field Advisory Board member of Nuvia3 used deceptive emails and telephone communications to recruit several dozen individuals into the Nuvia3 organization. Erroneous commission income and sales volume projections were conveyed to prospects. Actual dates/time-frames for the achievement of these puffed up expectations were presented.
These mislead individuals were made aware that they had been mislead, by way of the Founding Executive /Field Advisory Board member's own admission in a recorded conference call. As soon as the offense was found out, we, the victims, per the Nuvia3 Policies and Procedures, notified Hy Jessop, Co-Founder and Master distributor of Nuvia3, in an anonymous letter.
Our letter asked if Nuvia3 was willing to open a a full investigation into the matter and provide refunds to those of us who were mislead. We received a response to our letter from Michael Rangel, Nuvia3 CEO. He said that unless we provided our more detail and our names he would not be able to help.
We responded to Michael's email explaining that we thought we wanted to stay anonymous until we knew that Nuvia3 would grant our wishes of an investigation and refunds. We felt that if we broke anonymity, even with regards to the offender, we might be made out as the bad guys in this matter and that the offender, being a top producer, would be protected. We did however provide PLENTY of general, non-name details about the matter and asked if, given this additional data, Nuvia3 would open an investigation.
Had Nuvia3 agreed to open a full investigation, and we made sure this was clear in our communications, we would have gladly provided ALL of the information we had to aid in such an investigation.
Because our last communication with Michael Rangel was COMPLETEY non-responsive to our last email, we can only assume that Nuvia3 is, in fact, the following:
1) Nuvia3 is an unethical company that condones the misrepresentation of its compensation plan to prospects.
2) Nuvia3 is a company that is not interested in seeking the truth when a distributor makes claims of leadership malfeasance.
3) Nuvia3 is a company that, although stated otherwise on numerous occasions by its founders, is NOT interested in the well-being of the "Average Joe" distributor.
4) A company that should be AVOIDED by legitimate opportunity seekers.
In Closing: Within our ranks of victims, is the son of the owner of a well known public relations firm. If we are not heard and made financially whole and if Nuvia3 continues to neglect its responsibility to investigate our claims, our hands will be further forced. We will use avery means possible to get the word out to the general public with regards to our stance on items 1 and 4 above.
Yes, we individuals, in our group of victims, would like our money back. But we all have agreed, if we are refused compensation, to pull our financial resources together and finance our warnings, of Nuvia3's practices, to the masses.
