Ripped off our valves, pipes and fittings Houston, Texas

These guys stopped by and told our security that they had an appointment with our plant manager. We had no record of their appointment but did have equipment for sale.
I rescheduled an appointment for the next day and took them to an area that we were gonna demo out. Mark John gave me a bid on tanks .

Robert John was interested in valves and stainless steel schedule 40 pipes that were not available but our engineer recommended used carbon steel pipe and used valves that we were no longer using. Robert and Mark paid cash and received a receipt .

When they showed up to load out, they brought their own equipment handling company. Mark and Robert john misled their handling company and told them to load the NEW valves and stainless steel schedule 40 pipe.

I contacted them 3 days later and explained that they had taken the wrong product. They agreed to ship it back but never did.

subsequent attempts to contact them have resulted in nothing more than voice mails. They have avoided all of our calls.

The rigging company that Mark and Robert John hired was never paid.

The trucking company unloaded it at a local warehouse, the same day, an unknown trucking company then picked up the load. My material have never been recovered.
Please be cautious when dealing with any representative from Oil City Surplus.
