This please is really messed up. People are charging $9.99 a minute and there are people who actually pay that kind of money to have someone lie to them. My problem is I asked for 2 email readings. Which one was half ass answered I email them again and they never responded back & then the last one emailed me a few times with questions and has since ignored me. She offered to do private when I had clearly asked for email reading. I said I alreayd paid for this reading and heard nothing since. I want a full refund & not a full refund of credits because I want my account closed. I want full refund onto my cards. This place is ridiculous and extremely nasty when responding to your emails. I have contacted support constantly and they have no responded. If I dont hear back Im taking my actions further.
