Owner Wiz Listingwiz Failed to honor the homes I selected. Internet, Internet

This company has failed to: 1) accept my already access to (3) credit bureaus 2) Promise to finance a home so I could rent-to-own. 3) refuses to cancel this account.

May 18, 2011 is when I opened this account with understanding my credit card woukd be billed monthly for $39.95. Once I did what was requesred and submitted the property's I was interested in, they refuse to honor those listings. They continue daily submitting property's even this date (5-27-11).

I called the number listed on my bank report (678)280-9141 and spoke to CSR Dominic who transferred me to Onelius. I informed Onelius I didn't want anyone to try and keep me with this company, i wanted to cancel. Onelius said ok, advised he cancelled this account but refused to verbally give me the confirmation number stating it would be emailed to me. It is 1:57 pm (California time) and no email showing cancellation.

I called back to listingwiz and CSR Lauren answered. I advised I wish to speak to a supervisor. Lauren transferred me back into the call waiting sysrem. After call count down, CSR (Male unk name) answered and I stated I had ask to speak to a supervisor. He stated there's no supervisor available. I advised I was transferred for this reason. He then stated he had other customers, I advised I am customer, but hung up. I am concluding this company will continue to deduct $39.95 from my credit card.

I just tried calling this company and they wouldn't give me their business address or even the city that they are in. This is definitely a scam! DO NOT USE LISTING WIZ

Hi this Kim and the same thing is happening to me but I went to this home that I picked out and there were people living in them so I ask about that and they just told me that they the renters r being told that they have to move cuz they didn't pay they rent now they had me sign a paper for a brokers fee and almost 900.00$ later they are telling me that they have no investors in the state that I live in I signed up for this in July 2012 & just telling me this now put told me when I sign in with them that they could have me in a home in 45 to 90 days my dead line to move out of where I'm living ends the 31st of oct 2012 and now I'm pretty much going to be homeless with three dogs a disable son I'm the so waiting for mine to kick in and no place to go
