I signed up for the gym for one month free which you can so a trail and within one month if you are unable to continue for a good reason you may cancel your membership... Well my daughter was almost one aroudnt eh time i signed up for the gym... Well unfortunately she wouldnt stay she cried witrhin 10 mins i dropped her off there... So I could not continue with the gym membership i called to cancel but i was told to go in a drop a letter which i did.... And NO ONE EVER wrote me a receipt or told me i needed to fill out paper work.....So now last Friday I get a message on my answering machine stating I need to call them... So I call them and they State that I owe $234.00 that i am back payments... I'm like for what? They are stating I never sent a letter and I DID I JUST WAS NEVER TOLD BY THEIR EMPLOYEE THAT I NEEDED TO FILL OUT A SHEET... And of course they dont have my letter and what gets me is you would think they would have called me sooner to let me know i havent paid any of my months... I am sorry but i shouldnt have to pay this money i wrote the letter and dropped it off and if they didnt have me fill out the right paper work i shouldnt be the one to blame... I am just so mad... I want to fight paying this, it isnt right...
