Paracord Master BK Industries They take your money and DO NOT ship the product Cedar City, Utah

When you get to the paracord master website it says everything usually ships within 24 hrs. People that have ordered (like myself) in October and early November are still waiting for their shipment. Upon checkout you you have to agree that it may take up to 6 weeks to get your stuff, ok, no problem, but it has been 9 weeks and still nothing. They have 3 phone lines that no one ever answers and a bunch of email addresses that get no response, or an automated cut and paste response of the "newsletter" explaining how busy they are. Truth is, they take your money as soon as you check out and use it to fill orders from months ago, or for people they know (not too sure, trying to come up with some sort of reasoning). After check out you also get a newsletter explaining they have a "no return, no refund" policy. The owner even offered his own cell phone number and email address and still no answer and the reply is yet another cut and paste if any. Doing a simple internet search, I came across hundreds of people with the very same issue, not only from paracordmaster.com, but also from other "businesses" owned and operated by BK Industries. The owner should be charged with multiple counts of fraud and all of his businesses should be liquidated to refund money to people who paid for a product they never get. I had to resolve this issue with my bank to get my money back by disputing the charges with a fraud investigation. Anyone with the same issues should do that as well.
