Beware of this man who calls himself OFFICE JOHN SMITH "what a joke" he has been threatening me for 1 1/2 months about repaying a loan i did over line. He says he will be taking me to jail TODAY.. Anyways today I noticed the asshole did take $30 out of my account, If you go to the bank right away they will usually undo what this asshole did. We need to find this guy, it seems like there are alot of victums out there that I see on this scam report. Lets get together and get this jerk. Help me out to help you out

Yeah, this guy is a real jerk, he called my phone and my husband answered. He told my husband that he needed to speak to me regarding a payday loan that I had gotten and I didn't repay it. He told him that I needed to contact him right away or they would come out and arrest me. But what gets me, is he sounds like he is from India. John Smith, yeah right! He has been calling me since last year, had all of my account information and said that he would come and arrest me if I didn't come to court. The first time he called me at work and I hung up in his face because he started screaming at me. I am totally with you, I would love to get my hands on his and have me husband put his size 14 shoe up his you know what.
