I wish I would have seem this report before now. In 2008 Phoenix Vacations contacted to attend one of there meetings in Dallas for a prize. Once I told them I was not interested, they took me to another room. I told the lady Shalom NO and she went and got David. David informed me that he can drop the amount to $3,000, but don't tell know one. I told him I still wasn't sure, because I was not working. DAVID insisted me in charging there package on my credit card. I told him I was not working again. David and Shalom stated I had 3 days to decide and cancel. I called DAVID / BILLY and stated to him that I wanted to cancel he hungup in my face and would not take my calls. I've tried over and over..... to have them credit my account. Later, that year I tried to use there service to book a family trip, but was not successful. As of today, they still try to collect yearly fees from me. This is deceptiive trade practices. PLEASE DO NOT BUY INTO THIS COMPANY J. xxxxxxx Dallas, Texas
