Planet Fitness -These guy's are thieves - Don't give them access to your checking account - I joined the club in Port Saint Lucy Florida. Went in a few mths later and canceled my membership and they still stealing money from my checking account although I've requested on several occasions to cancel my membership. I've resorted to calling the police to stop them from stealing my money from my checking account. I've posted to all the face book pages in my local community about the "Thief". The local news pages and I'll continue to post till I get my money back in full. The run around Planet Fitness gives you ---- They MAKE YOU come in and sign a NEW form for them to STOP with their direct deposit withdrawals which they seems to misplace on multiple occasions. They attempt to "try" and "re-sell" you again and again. The senior marketing management of this company is intent on taking money regardless of your wishes and demonstrates no respect for you. It's all about taking your money.... and not about the service they provide. This is a piss poor marketing policy and the CEO of this company should FIRE the marketing director CMO of this company for such a policy of fleecing customers against their wishes. Additionally, they should take action against the managers of the local stores for refusing to listen to their good customers and continuing to rip them off. They could care less about what you want. It's about what they want and thy want your money. PERIOD. As a result I've had to close my checking account and get all new cards issued just to stop these thieves from stealing money from me. DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB as their MARKETING VP has his head you know where. Thank You and find a better Club - One that appreciates their customers - rather than stealing from them
