This company may have packed up and left, but left the computers on. The website is still taking orders, credit cards get charged but that's it. I received a confirmation email, my credit card was charged $140.00 and was told all orders will be received within 10 business days. On the 11th day I called the number on the email and website, 888-Pooch-Pads. This number was answered by Mr. Movie Phone. The corporate number listed is a person whose mailbox is full. I was able to track down 3 different emails for this company. One returned undeliverable and the others haven't received a response. In the last month, this company's BBB rating dropped from B to F. This is very sad because I was purchasing their product through pet supply retail stores and they are still carrying the product. It was a good product made by a bad company.
