I placed an order for a firearm with this company, Prairie , which apparently re forming under a new name,
Crystal Creek Firearms, LLC. My card was charged, and i received a confirmation email. All telephones have been disconnected, the fax does no longer works and all emails go unanswered. It has now been thirty two days since I paid for a firearm that I never received. |

I get a confirmation email. Money is taken.
November 22, i email this:
I recently ordered a firearm from your webstore. My FFL dealer submitted his information the same day, I am just curious if you guys received it because my order still says that it is processing. The payment was received according to my records. My web order number is ***********. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
Hours later they say this:
We are still processing the order sir. We are sorry for the inconvenience. we have had a recent move during which our distributor decided to stop shipping us our orders. we are still reeling form this. we will email you with a tracking number ASAP.
We are very sorry about the delay.
November 29th I receive this:
This is a short notification email to let you know that we have processed your order and it is on the way to your location via the Littleton store.
If your order included a firearm (Hand Gun or Long Gun or a Muzzle Loader that allows Center Fire Cartridges), please email [email protected] the name of your preferred FFL to ship the firearm.
Please have the FFL fax us their FFL information to (303)565-3585 or email to [email protected]

Please note that you will be receiving a follow up email from us. That email will indicate the UPS tracking number from Littleton to your location.

Days (dec 2) later, I get no follow up email: I send them this:

I just received an email (11/29/11) stating that the order has been processed and is on the way to me via the Littleton store. Your website says it is about 7-10 days for turn around times. I have not received a UPS tracking number yet. My FFL has already sent his information the day it was ordered (11/16/11). If you guys have not received his FFL, let me know. The FFL contact information is provided in case you need to contact him.

They send me this the same day a few hours later.
WE should be fine for filling your order. there has been some delay from our distributor as they decided several weeks back to stop sending our orders because we moved. the delays are finally clearing up.
We are very sorry for the delay. We are still processing the order. we will email you with a tracking number through UPS ground once we have finished.
That day I emailed them asking why they send me a email saying it is done processing and then turn around and tell me it is still processing. I get no responses. Can't call them non of the numbers work. Can't get them to email me. I tried contacting Crystal Creek Firearms as well. No answers. No emails. |

yep same here. i was charged and never recieved product.
both praire arms and the new company are owned by the same person.
just disputed charges with visa today. |

| I've ordered and received numerous guns at an excellent price from Prairie Arms, and have visited their Littleton store many times without a single issue. It's odd to me that you're having all these problems. I will say though, although it was no concern to me a few of my orders did take quite a while to ship and maybe that's what your problems are related to. |

| This company is shady, PERIOD!!! they will take no accountability but will take every dime you want to give them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!!! BBB cannot find them because phones are either disconnected or never answered, i found them in 4 seconds on the net, why cant the BBB? I think a call to the Attorney General of CO is required at this point. shady shady shady people. Karma is a b*tch and i hope it catches these theives. |

Apparently Prairie Arms went out of business. I don't think the new company using their building now has any legal connection. I also ordered guns from them in November & got nothing. I simply wrote VISA & got a refund from VISA. That is why to always use a credit (not debit) card on internet purchases.
My guess is that somehow they got a problem getting the guns from their wholesaler and had been listing things they didn't have in stock. |
