I booked a room in Torrance CA. for one Saturday night 10/15/11, two weeks in advance. I'm an engineer and work on deadlines and a project came up that requires me to work that weekend. I called priceline and asked if i could move out my reservation to the following week. They said no they don't refund or change reservations it's their policy. I told the guy i didn't want to cancel just change the date. I didn't see the problem as it would be three weeks in advance 10/22/11, they would still get paid. He said no. I called the Holiday Inn i booked and they said I have to talk to Priceline; and that this happens all the time with Priceline. In short they took my money and didn't provide anything in return. Ive been robbed out-rite. William Shatner needs to know that he's a thief by association for selling out to these scam artists.
