Prime Time Shuttle Unreliable When You Need a Ride Most Internet

I had a very early morning flight at LAX, made an appointment to have Prime Time Shuttle pick me up at 3:15 a.m. Need I add, this is a very difficult time to get to the airport - you can't simply call a friend to come by and take you - so having a reliable ride service is crucial. I should add it was my first and last time using this company. The long story short is that the van was a no-show. And the company didn't even call me to tell me that the van wasn't coming. I finally called them 25 minutes after my pick-up time to find out when they were coming. They said they would be at my place in 15 minutes. I didn't believe them. By then the clock was ticking as my flight time loomed closer. I chose to call a taxi instead, which arrived a scant 7 minutes later and got me to the airport on time. Travelers are really at their most vulnerable in the middle of the night -- and it's when you expect a company to be reliable when you need them. I would avoid this company.
