I ordered brake rotors for a 1971 AMC Javelin for $283.95 back in June of 2010. When I did not hear anything for several weeks, I e-mailed them and they told me that they weren't in stock that "Baer" brakes was producing them and when they were ready, they would ship them. after more weeks went by, I e-mailed them again, and they apologized for the holdup, but just wait. Other attempts to find out where the part were got responses such as "there is no ETA, they are backordered." Finally a message came back that they could not get the parts and that I would receive a full credit for transaction !D A1237529210. When I did not receive anything back in my account (my bank was involved) I e-mailed again. Response was " we are having difficulties crediting your account". Then it was "have your bank file a chargeback" which they can't do after 6 months. Then they were going to issue me a refund check, that never happened. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau, which only says that they can't get a hold of them.
I have complained to the Consumer Complaint Agency (which I had to pay) they gave me a case status number which only said they put a bad mark against the companies record.
