Pyle Not delivering promised warranty Brooklyn, New York

Hi, I purchased a Pyle Car Stereo (PYLE PLDNV71BT to be precise) on the September 30, 2011, from Amazon, through a third-party with Pyle Warranty. To find out which item I am speaking of you may go on amazon and put in the model number plus the brand of the stereo and you will be able to see the page which has "1 Year Warranty" on it visibly stated. As I received this item, it came in a mildly worst shape than stated but that would not have had been a problem for me if it functioned fully. The item (Car Stereo) had no sound!! Also the USB output does not work, meaning that when I connect an Ipod, Iphone, or a usb drive it does not read the music stored on any of them. The Stereo itself makes a very, very loud noise in the car, which almost sounds as if an old DVD Drive is reading a poorly maintained, scratched up DVD (When in fact there are no cd/dvds in it). Those were the initial problems. At times the stereo would just simply stop working. It would not turn on (Light on) and the motorized panel would not pull out. It would only say on the front panel LCD "Standing By". That problem was resolved as I turned the car on today it did light on and the motorized LCD came out. So far I have spent around $700 just for a car Stereo that I can not use. I have made many trips to car shops (Including Auto Audio, and Car Tunes) to have them instal this item because I thought maybe it is me that can not make it work. They have all been unsuccessful as the stereo just does not seem to work. I have contacted Pyle 5-6 times talked to many people whose names I do not remember or asked since they all made me feel absolutely sure that the matter was going to be taken care of. I know specifically the person whose extension was 325 talked to me once and gave me some directions with the installation of the device, which did not work after I took it to a car shop. I was directed by one of your representatives to a specialist who told me that the problem must be that "I do not know how to use the stereo"???!! As if we are sending a rocket to moon. Even after having spent so much on the car shops labor work to put this device in working even they couldn't figure out why it had so many malfunctions. I talked to some one from the warranty department once who told me that this item is discontinued and that's why they keep having me sending it in to fix such a broken thing.They are not supporting and fulfilling their support and warranty promises. I expect this item to work like a charm or or to get another similar deal (Motorized, touch-screen, mp3 receiver WITH navigation and USA maps), as has been stated and included in a basic warranty agreement. They are simply just passing the ball to one another. I was hoping to solve this problem with them directly and I did send an email to the support and the sales department of Pyle with a similar content but they never got back to me.
