Sent me Fake Brazilian Hair

I decided to purchase some wholesale virgin Brazilian hair and after a series of research on the internet I came across this hair company called Jinde Hair. They claimed to sell Brazilian hair and they sounded really genuine. I even have a friend in China so I asked him to go to their hair factory and check if the suppliers are really genuine. I also asked for samples which were great. So my next order I purchased about 5 kilos from them. I asked for four types of hair-deepwave, bodywave, straight and natural wave. When I got the hair, after installation I noticed that the hair was processed, very dry and tangles badly. The hair also smelt like synthetic hair like the ones you would buy from your local beauty supply store. The hair quality was so bad that I could not sell it to customers. I immediately contacted the supplier called Wangya. She insisted that the hair was real Brazilian hair so she will not give me refund. I sent her another message saying that real Brazilian hair does not shed, tangle and is not dry and that her hair is fake. I also asked her where the hair was imported from. She told me that she purchased the hair from an agent in China so she does not know where the hair came from. In short, the hair I was sent was horse hair or some animal hair. It looks so nice when it arrives but it is junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER, THEY ARE SCMMERS AND CONARTIST. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
