Quality Property Management Scam, They are a criminals that will rob you blind BE WARNED Medford, Oregon

My family recently moved from our home that had been rented through Quality Property Management. We had lived in the home for 44 months and we had to move because our family had outgrown the 3 bedroom home that we where renting. We gave our 30 day notice to them as good tenants. On the final day as we are loading up the uhaul my wife get the mail and we have a letter from Quality Property Management stating that we owe them over $1600.00 in late fees. We did the math and they where charging us a late fee for 43 months of the 44 we lived in the house. We called them immediately as we had never been notified that we had been late with our rent and the couple of time we where late, we paid the late fee with our rent check(We have the canceled checks). During the phone call my wife had spoken to Bob Rood, CEO of Quality Property Management as he said once our final walk through had been done we could work out the late fee issue. My wife, the day we turned in the keys, had asked for the final walk through to be done and at the time they stated that nobody was available and they stated that they would do the walk through and then contact us. 2 months go by and we hadn't heard from them, we receive a letter from a local collection agency stating that we owed them $1693.00 for late fees on the rent and also added an itemized list of what had to be done at the house to get it ready to rent again and they kept our $1500.00 security deposit. As we sat down and went through the itemized list we discovered that they charged us for mulitple dump runs, we had rented a bin from the local sanitation department as we where moving so no dump run where needed(we have the reciept), they charged us for spraying the outside of the house for bug, stating that was our responsibility. They charged us for repairing items that had been noted as broken on our original walk though(we have the list) and when something would break in the house we would have to wait weeks for them to repair the issue. Example: The furnace had cracked and needed to be replaced, we went 2 weeks without heat or an adequate heat source, we where given 3 small floor heaters that were fire hazards as well as a danger for our 3 small children. They even charged us to mow the lawns and weed the yard after we had paid to have that done the last day we where there(have the receipt as well). We took pics when we left of the entire house and yard which are time and date stamped showing that everything was cleaned, the lawns where mowed and the trash had all been removed. Since all of this we have had to pay the additional $1693.00 since it was turned into a collection agency to keep this off our credit. I've had to retain a attorney and have given him all of the evidence and he has told us that we have an extremely strong case for a civil suit which we are moving forward with. So in conclusion I would like to warn any property owners both business and residential that if the use this company their property will not be taken care of, in fact they will be neglected and to any tenants looking to rent from Quality Property Management, DON'T they will try to rob you blind.
