My name is Carlos Zamorano. I work for a spanish company, ALGEDIS.
Mr. Barclay contacted me to buy a project we are devoloping (a small wind farm in Romania).
I came to Milano and had a meeting with potential investors, who asked to bring some cash when signing the contract with them. They would pay in cash as well.
I and my parterns had serious doubts about this procedure and found this thread (among othersin the Internet) and decided to cancel the deal and not to go to Milan again.
