ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM RAVEHAVEN.COM!!! I bought a Cyb3rburn LED gas mask from this website for a private rave I was at last week. The gas mask was $45.25. I paid for it to be shipped 2-3 days from their supposed "warehouse in California," to Denver Colorado for a ridiculous amount of $18.20, $63.45 total. It took them about 4 days (not including weekends)to finally ship it out, and by then I knew I wasn't going to be able to have it for the rave so there was really no reason to have it anymore. So after they shipped the mask it did take 2-3 days to arrive as they said. But they didn't even ship it from California, they shipped it from a house in some place called Highlands Ranch (not far from where I live) with USPS priority for $2.50, $15.70 more than what I paid. I could have literally drove there in 5 min and picked it up in person. The product itself was junk, it was very small and made out of cheap plastic. I asked for a refund the next day on the mask and the extra shipping money I payed. Since they don't provide any info on how to go about getting a refund, I also asked them where they would like my to ship the product. When they responded, they completely ignored my question and the fact that they overcharged me on shipping, and just asked me what was wrong with the gas mask. Even though on the website they offer a 100% money back guarantee, and I didn't even use the thing. I did some research after I contacted them, apparently they do this kind of stuff to every one of their customers. I really wish I knew before I ordered from them. If I hadn't used Google Checkout to process my order I most likely wouldn't have gotten a receipt or tracking info. Other than that, I'm still waiting for a response about my refund. I doubt I will ever get my money.

I COMPLETELY agree with you RAVEHAVEN.COM is a SCAM. They take your money don't send the product. Lie about when you'll get it and when you try to contact them they don't reply back. HORRIBLE costumer service! This website needs to be shut down admittedly!
