RCI Financial Lied--told me property was sold-gave me closing date of April 4, 2011 contract of sale never arrived. Joe will not return phone calls.

RCI Financial called me to ask about selling timeshare property. Told me my name was given to them because I had listed it with a company that no longer in business. Was told this was a title company not an advertising company so I would not be losing anything. Sent the title search and closing money to him.
Was told money I paid them was what the buyer had put also in deposit and if anything happened and sale did not go thru I would be refunded money. Well to make long story short- company will not return phone calls. Contract was supposedly sent to me from Las Vegas on March 22. Closing was to take place on April 4, 2011. Contract not received no contact from company. Get recording only when I try to call. Have sent several emails with no response.
To good to be true-I was suckered in and have now lost the money also.
Just wanted to sell timeshare I could not use-husband cannot travel and I was trying to be honest and upfront with the company. I really am believing that there are no honest people in this world of business.
