Ordered flowers for my brother's birthday in S. Korea. They even called to confirm address. But he never received it. I have been trying to get a hold of them all day and no response. I then research online about the company, turns out it's a total scam! Luckily my bank will revert the transaction for me.

I also ordered on line with Ready Flowers - sadly they took my money but did not deliver the goods. I have not been able to speak to anyone and they don't reply to emails. I would advise all consumers not to use this company it is a total scam and you will lose your money. Shame on you Ready Flowers! |

Don't bother. They'll tell you they made the delivery while the place was unattended or some other excuse. Be certain that you will not be seeing your money again. They reply to an email just to keep their business going. They have worked out that if they reply to people here and there, maybe they'll send a small bunch of flowers, they can keep going. But they will not give you money back. They can get away with ripping off the rest because they keep you hoping because they write these messages online and you think that they might actually help out. They won't! Good plan Ready Flowers but we're onto you and you won't keep going for long. You will get shut down. |

They are the WORST... I attempted to have flowers sent for a funeral. Flowers never showed up.
Total rip offs.
When I emailed them, they gave me a "ticket" for a complaints queue.. WTF??
