I had the company come out to check out the A/C in September 2010, in the new house i just moved into just to have it serviced. They came out and told me that it needed a lot of Freon and that it needed to be serviced at a cost of $495. I went ahead and did it as I expected them to be honest. The next day I was talking to the previous owner and he said that the company had just scammed me, that he had the whole A/C unit serviced and fixed by the same company in July. It came with a 1 year warranty.

When i called back the company, I talked to Marvin Schuster, the owner, and explained to him what happened and all he did was ask for a receipt of the service that was done in July. I told him that HE was the one who fixed the home less than 2 months ago and he just said he couldn't do anything without the receipt. I told him just check his records and he refused to. I then called the previous owner of the home again and he called Marvin and threatened him with a lawsuit and complaints to the BBB. Eventually Marvin called me and agreed to refund my money but since that day i have not heard anything back. He owes me $495 and has not returned any of my calls. I am reporting him also to the BBB and will make sure that everyone knows what kind of company this is and that they will try to scam you any chance they get.
